Summer Shots
NSAA/NHSOA Volleyball Clinics are underway! They are a mixture of classroom and court time, and below are a few pics from the first clinic in Norfolk on July 8. In the third picture, I’m with fellow basketball officials Amy Harms and Amaun Frazier at the Heartland Officials Clinic in Des Moines. Great job to everyone putting in the time to improve their craft!



NFHS Officiating Services July Newsletter
Dana Pappas, Director of Officiating Services with the NFHS, released her July newsletter this week. Among other topics, it includes the “State of Officiating”, with some data that might surprise you. Did you know that post-COVID, there was an estimated drop of 50,000 officials nationwide? Read more to see how this has changed in the years since!

The NFHS has partnered with RefReps to provide dynamic education to all officials!
